Amit Bhatti

Amit is a Principal and former US corporate counsel at 500 Global, where he oversees investments from 500’s main funds. Prior to 500, Amit was an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented technology companies across all stages of their lifecycle from start-up to IPO, as well as a number of VC funds in making investments. Prior to Wilson Sonsini, Amit was an attorney at Arent Fox, where he represented clients in debt financing and M&A.

Associate Counsel, Portfolio Operations at 500 Global

Ashlyn Meyers

Ashlyn is Associate Counsel at 500 Global, overseeing financing rounds and legal requests from 500’s main funds portfolio and reviewing investments in 500’s SF-based global accelerator program. Prior to 500 Global, Ashlyn was part of the investment team at HG Ventures, a corporate venture fund investing in materials science and deep tech. She sourced deals, reviewed financing documents, and coached accelerator participants to prepare them to raise. Ashlyn received a BS in Economics from DePauw University, her JD from Indiana University - Maurer School of Law, and her MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.

Anais Samaha

Anais graduated with a double bachelor in law and political science at the Saint Joseph University in Beirut. Prior to joining 500 Global she worked at a tech startup law firm and VC fund where she primarily advised on investment deals for tech startups. She also has extensive experience helping entrepreneurs structuring and setting up companies, and in advising them on legal matters such as intellectual property, investment instruments and deal negotiations. Anais is also passionate about social enterprises and believes they’re critical to the advancement of a more sustainable and balanced world.
